We are 100% Employee-Owned and are members of the ESOP (Employee Share Ownership Plan) Association and Community. Our 200+ employees have a high degree of involvement in work-level decisions, are dedicated and have a true sense of ownership in our company. Our employee-owners will go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

In 2007, Perry Corporation purchased SMS proTECH, a regional leader in information technology services with highly certified engineers on staff, as part of a larger strategy to stay ahead of technology changes. The combination of these resources have allowed us to expand our offerings even further with new document solutions, enhanced service offerings, new formats in printing solutions, security technologies, managed IT services and a private cloud offering. As part of this strategy, the company merged names and since the end of 2012 is known collectively as PERRY proTECH.
