We provide healthcare services through 89 home health and hospice agencies and 48 senior living communities located throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, and are continuing to grow. Each of the 137 books of business are run independently by over 5,200 employees. Our home health and hospice agencies and senior living communities have no traditional corporate headquarters. Instead, they are supported by a “Service Center,” a world-class team of professional resources that advise on their respective fields of information technology, compliance, human resources, benefits, accounting, payroll, legal, risk management, education, and other services. The organization fosters an entrepreneurial culture of ownership coupled with a field-driven, flat structure, which empowers local leaders and their teams to provide superior solutions to the specific medical needs of the communities they serve.
Purpose
The Pennant Group was founded with a mission to provide “Life Changing Service” to individuals receiving home-based clinical care, hospice care, personal care services and supported in assisted living communities. This mission is occurring in 14 states currently; Pennant is an acquisitive company that expands the reach of locally operated individual subsidiaries to provide crucial healthcare services. Pennant supports its home health, hospice, home care, and assisted living business initiatives with service center resources who have expertise in finance, law, human resource management, clinical practices, compliance obligations, and more. Pennant Services, who supports our operations, grows our employees and empowers them through principles of “customer second” and loving one another”, striving to develop employees as leaders with empathy, robust accountability, and vital ownership.
