• To ensure team members have rewarding work experiences, we are focused on attracting and retaining the best clients possible, with opportunities to work on challenging and rewarding engagements.

• The firm has addressed team members’ personal needs by increasing awareness of available mental health resources, offering extended paid leaves of absence.
• Our firm also gives team members who have been with the firm for 10 years a four-week sabbatical, which can then be taken once every five years.
