Purpose
Pelican Bay was founded upon preservation, conservation, and development, and we are now the premier coastal community in the Naples area. Pelican Bay manages two exclusive beach facilities, two Gulf-front restaurants, three racquet facilities, two boardwalks, a Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, a Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land. Pelican Bay also provides exceptional services and amenities, including a comprehensive tram transportation system, beach amenities, covenant enforcement, safety and security, communications, member services, administrative functions, and more.
