Formed in 1987, Pedcor Management Corp. currently manages more than 10,000 rental housing units (over 7,500 of which involve Tax Credit management) located in communities throughout Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Alabama, Virginia and Iowa, including a special use facility providing a safe haven for women who have been victims of domestic violence. PMC provides the formulation and implementation of marketing and leasing strategies and management systems, new product delivery, absorption, income/expense and capital expenditure projections, insurance coverage coordination, completion analysis, and personnel selection, training and direction. In addition, PMC provides feasibility input for site selection and unit design and acts as construction liaison for ownership in the areas of quality control and interim operations management.
