Sometimes people budgeting a trip can find themselves cutting corners to give their family that memorable vacation; opting to tolerate sleeping in a rundown building, rough neighborhoods, and awful service just for a chance at a lifelong memory.

- Pax doesn't believe in letting efforts go unnoticed or unrewarded. Many of our higher/manager-level employees started out as line-level employees. Through effort, professionalism, and drive, these employees were shown just how serious Pax is when we say that we do NOT believe in glass ceilings.
