I was worried about entering into a male dominated field and being treated differently. Here at Paul Hemmer I am fully a part of a team where my input is valid. I have the freedom and flexibility to come and go as I please. As long as my work is completed in a successful and on-time manner, I do not have any superiors micro-managing my performance. This is a large part of why the culture here is so great.

I get along great with my coworkers. Getting up early and going to work every day is much easier when you like they people you work with.

I can work to my full potential without having someone breathe down my neck. I have great flexibility which in turn takes stress off me allowing me to be more productive. I also find the urge to work on some weekends and evenings to stay on track with items, meaning I always have the feeling with PHC to push myself even more.
