The Parkwell Go-Giver Fund
The Go Giver Fund is one way Parkwell lives out our core value to Be Go-Givers. The Go-Giver Fund aims to use the efforts of the entire organization to have a greater impact in the community and in the lives of our employees.
10% of all Management Fees are deposited into a dedicated account. Funds are distributed in 2 ways; 50% to support our local community through great non-profits and 50% to support our employees. Parkwell supports our community through donations to charitable organizationsm and employees are encouraged to assist with the selection of causes and organizations. Employee support includes an employee opportunity fund and an employee hardship fund.
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP is a work-based intervention program designed to assist employees in resolving personal problems. This program offers resources and assistance not just to all Parkwell employees, but to all members of their household as well. Services and assistance provided include confidential counseling, legal and financial services, professional wellness coaching, parental resources and much more.
Leadership Development
Through our mentorship programs, Parkwell looks to create and further leadership skills of our managers and aspiring line level staff. We value the development of our people and wish to help them grow into the best professionals possible.
