Pappy's Smokehouse
Pappy's Smokehouse opened in February 2008 and has grown to two Pappy's locations. Additional stores in the Pappy's Smokehouse family include Bogart's Smokehouse (opened in 2011), Dalie's Smokehouse (opened in 2011) and Southern (opened in 2015).
Purpose
The Pappy’s Smokehouse family of stores exists to share our love of barbecue by creating an atmosphere for our employees and guests that provides good times, great food and lasting memories.
Vision
Continue to carry on the legacy of our namesake, Jim “Pappy” Emerson, who kept things simple. He loved the outdoors and he worked hard. When people came to visit, he tried always to provide an atmosphere for great food and good times. The perfect description of Pappy’s today. We’re focused on growing our barbecue family as we continue this tradition with a commitment to uncompromising values and integrity that guide our decisions and actions.
