Additional Culture Details
The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) operates at a defining moment for both the organization and the real-estate profession. Central Florida’s housing market continues to evolve against a backdrop of population expansion, affordability pressures, and shifting legislation. As Central Florida’s trusted voice for property ownership, economic progress, and community advancement, ORRA not only responds to change but helps shape it — expanding access to attainable housing, strengthening community partnerships, and amplifying the voices of REALTORS® who drive local progress.
ORRA’s goals are to build a sustained culture of influence that extends beyond legislative success to measurable trust, recognition, and community impact.
ORRA continues to focus on building strong internal systems for employees and members that support performance, transparency, and cross-departmental alignment. This includes refining workflows, expanding the Influence Dashboard, automating content delivery, and investing in professional development to ensure the team functions as a high-performing, data-driven operation.
ORRA utilizes its new headquarters, which was completed in Q4 2024 to continue to focus on innovation. The new 45,000-square-foot, four-story building serves as a nationwide beacon for real estate leaders. The new headquarters houses three classrooms, creativity pods, and a gym. The building also features a state-of-the-art media studio, complete with a dedicated podcast room.
