Additional Culture Details
ORRA’s goals through 2025 are to add value, influence, and innovate.
To add value, ORRA plans to develop a new curriculum with relevant topics and speakers for each stage of members’ experience levels, foster mentor opportunities for members, and provide support and training for committees and leaders to hone their skills.
To influence and ensure the community sees the value of ORRA members as industry leaders, ORRA will leverage member voices and advocate for affordable housing, ownership attainability, and private property rights.
To innovate, ORRA utilizes its new headquarters, which was completed in Q4 2024. The new 45,000-square-foot, four-story building serves as a nationwide beacon for real estate leaders. The new headquarters houses three classrooms, creativity pods, and a gym. The building also features a state-of-the-art media studio, complete with a dedicated podcast room.
One of the standout features of the new headquarters is ORRA's Innovation Lab. This space offers local REALTORS® the opportunity to explore and experiment with the most recent advancements in real estate technology, ranging from software and security enhancements to artificial intelligence and metaverse possibilities.
