Purpose
Orchard Medical Consulting is a top tier medical case management company founded in
Phoenix, Arizona in 2001 by Robin Orchard, RN, CCM. OMC currently employs 43 individuals in
the state of Arizona (37 in Phoenix) and a total of 74 across 7 states (AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, TX,
UT). Orchard Medical Consulting provides field case management services to individuals who
have incurred catastrophic injuries while in the course and scope of their employment. The
majority of our nurses are certified case managers and have vast experience in the field of
workers' compensation and nursing as a whole. They strive to build relationships within the
community to ensure that the utmost of care and practices are being rendered. In addition, we
also provide services in the other 43 states utilizing independently contracted nurses. Orchard
Medical Consulting was the first case management company to offer their nurses an
administrative support staff to alleviate the nurses of the tasks which deter them from focusing
on the injured worker and their course of recovery. The Operations team assists with reports,
billing, data entry, accounts receivable, and any other task needed. We have a Marketing team
who works tirelessly to showcase our nurses and the stellar services that Orchard provides.
