Options For All (OFA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1985 with a mission to create opportunities for adults with disabilities to live, work, and belong in their communities. Headquartered in San Diego, OFA employs more than 380 team members and operates across California, delivering person-centered services that foster independence, inclusion, and dignity.
With nearly 40 years of impact, OFA has become a recognized leader in human and social services.
