We are a team of highly passionate care providers that provide supportive services to the amazing special needs community of OC, and their families. We work on transparency and integrity, and we absolutely love what we do!
Purpose
We exist to make sure that the wonderful and inspiring special needs population of Orange County receives the best care possible, while also creating an organization where every team member feels appreciated, supported, respected, and heard.
Vision
Our goal is to become the support team for as many individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as possible, while still remaining an organization that prides itself on being highly personable, attentive, and proactive. And, as importantly, an organization that continues to support and truly care for the well-being of our extraordinary care providers.
Mission
Our mission is to provide opportunities, connection, and support services to our special needs population here in Orange County. We work on integrity and transparency, and believe that everyone deserves the right, and access, to a life full of moments to learn, grow, and be happy. We believe that every moment is an opportunity for us to provide excellent care so that our clients feel safe, their families have peace of mind, and everyone feels supported.

We do what we love, and we love what we do. Howard Thurman put it perfectly when he said, "Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”, and that is what we are at the very heart of OptiMentality... We are a team that has come alive with passion to serve our clients and their families, and we seek every day to see how we can positively impact not only their lives, but also our own through our service so that we may continue to provide to others.

- One of the questions we ask before we hire someone is, "If you won the lottery today, would you get up and go work with your scheduled client tomorrow?" If there is any hesitation on their part to answer 'Yes', we also have a hesitation to bring them onto the team. We work directly with individuals and their families, and we cannot imagine having a team that every single client and family does not feel as though we are 100% present and committed to providing the best service possible to their loved ones.
