Our facility is fresh and inviting with amenities including a game room, meditation room, and comfortable common areas for collaborating and catching up with coworkers. Promoting a healthy work environment is important to us, we offer a yoga session every week and a brand new gym will be completed soon!
We have employees working remotely across the country and a large local team at our headquarters. We host many employee activities, both virtually and locally. Twice a year we enjoy on-site, week-long gatherings where we work side-by-side, have product knowledge sessions, enjoy lunch and yummy coffee together, and partake in off-site evening events. Spending time together helps our team bond and form relationships, which is the foundation of what makes Open Practice a great place to work.
