Additional Culture Details
Ontic's culture is driven by its mission to keep people safe and five core values: “Do Good Above All,” “Lead with Empathy,” “Raise the Bar,” “Walk the Walk'' and “Keep Moving.” Our headquarters is in Austin, Texas, but Ontic has a flexible work environment where local Onticians can come into the office a few days a week and work from home as needed. Most of our roles are also eligible for remote work. Remote Onticians get a home office stipend and we offer monthly phone and internet reimbursements. In addition to our flexible PTO policy, Ontic has implemented Mental Health days, which are required days off to disconnect and recharge. They are intentionally scheduled so employees never go more than six weeks without a break. We also offer various benefits plans to meet the unique needs of employees, including a fully-funded employee plan, company-funded monthly HSA contributions, company-paid access to mental health resources, commission or bonus plans, company stock options, a 401k plan, a continued education stipend and work anniversary celebrations.
