OGA is a family owned and operated company centered on strong relationships and trust. The key to our success is our people and our relationships, a principle established by the company's founder, Marie Welch, in 1951. Baron's daughter, Jennifer Dotter, took over the company in 2008 after his passing. Jennifer had worked for the company since 1991, was proud of the company's progress, and committed to an even brighter future for the organization.
