Omega was established in 1995 as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and is now located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Omega Technical Services is growing and consists of over 215 employees with additional offices in Aiken, South Carolina, and Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Omega strives to establish a strong presence at all NNSA sites, expand into growing DOD markets, explore opportunities in the advancement of small modular reactors (SMRs), and to continue developing an already talented workforce. Omega's four core capabilities of work integration, program and project support, nuclear safety and operations, and the startup, readiness, and commissioning of nuclear facilities drives corporate initiatives.
