I'm allowed to learn or be trained in almost any position at Okuma. Your rewarded for hard work not just yearly but on a day to day basis. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help whenever its needed. Not just the regular employees but also the supervisors work just as hard. There are constant morale boosters from weekly giveaways to food several times a week. I've never been at a place that is transparent to the common employee as Okuma.

There is a sense of family at Okuma. I like the people I work with and feel we share common goals. I'm exciting to see younger people joining the organization as they will play key roles in the long term future of Okuma America. I find my job challenging and fulfilling. If I'm struggling with a specific issue, then it is easy to find others in the organization that are willing to help.
I get to engage and work with wonderful people. Also, there is a family feel to the company. I think the benefits are great and there are opportunities to grow and move up if you put your best foot forward everyday.
