Vision
The Human Services Call Center (HSCC) strives to create a fun, friendly, supportive environment for its staff. In the past, managers dished out sundaes at the Ice Cream Social and routinely roll out the ice cream cart after busy days. Most recently, the HSCC thanked staff for their hard work on a day with high call volume by giving out gift cards. On various theme days throughout the year, staff members are encouraged to come to work in their favorite football team’s jersey or wear a special color to support charitable causes.
