Purpose
Ocean Partnership for Children, Ocean County's Care Management Organization (CMO) since 2005, provides care coordination services for youth age 4-21 with behavioral, mental health, substance use and developmental needs. Services are provided at no cost to families.

The mission of Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC) is to enhance the well-being of youth and their families through natural and community supports.
Additional Culture Details
Ocean Partnership for Children operates based upon the Principals of the Wraparound Model of Care. Wraparound is a planning process that follows a series of steps to help children and their families realize their hopes and dreams. The wraparound process also helps make sure children and youth grow up in their homes and communities. It is a planning process that brings people together from different parts of the whole family’s life. With help from one or more facilitators, people from the family’s life work together, coordinate their activities, and blend their perspectives of the family’s situation. Wraparound values include: Unconditional care, Collaboration, Team Based, Community Based, Strengths Based, Family Voice & Choice, Natural Supports, Individualized, Culturally Competent, Outcome Based.
