Ocean Bank is the largest independent state chartered commercial bank headquartered in Florida. The bank is widely recognized as a primary lender for commercial real estate development and construction, in addition to commercial and industrial loans. Its commercial banking activities include commercial mortgages, commercial real estate lending, lines of credit, asset-based lending, equipment financing, SBA loans, tax certificate financing, cash management, merchant services and factoring.
On the retail side, Ocean Bank provides loan and deposit products, such as home mortgages and lines of credit, vehicle and boat financing, CD-secured loans, checking, savings and money market accounts, IRAs and CDs.
The bank serves high-net-worth clients through its Wealth Management department and has an active international department which includes such services as correspondent banking, letters of credit, trade financing, Ex-Im Bank credit facilities and foreign exchange services.
