Our culture is very employee focused! For example, employees submit ideas through our IDEA program on how to improve safety & efficiencies. Our culture is wellness focused & supports our mission statement of "Providing Value in Products and Services that Empower People to Live Healthier Lives!" We have on-site organic gardens & honeybee hives & our employees take home fresh, organic vegetables & jars of honey. We have a robust wellness program & we encourage employees to be involved in their health & offer activities such as FitBit competitions. And we even subsidize 1/2 the cost of Apple watches & FitBits. Employee recognition is a big part of who we are. Through our STAR program, employees recognize others for going above & beyond. We have a monthly STAR winner & employees win prizes such as Roombas & patio sets. During their birthday month, employees spin our birthday wheel & can win $1,000 or 8 hours PTO! We care about our employees & offer creative benefits such as on-site Care Partners & an Employee Crisis Relief Fund, where employees can receive PTO, loans or financial gifts.
