Novavax (NVAX), Inc. is a fast-growing, late-stage vaccine company committed to improving health globally through the discovery, development and commercialization of innovative vaccines to prevent serious infectious diseases. This is an exciting time to be at Novavax. We are working feverishly to advance NVX-CoV2373, our COVID-19 vaccine candidate, and NanoFlu™, our quadrivalent influenza nanoparticle vaccine successfully met all primary objectives in its pivotal Phase 3 trial. Both vaccines incorporate Matrix-M, our proprietary adjuvant, in order to enhance the immune response and stimulate high levels of neutralizing antibodies. Headquartered in Maryland, we also have facilities in Sweden and Prague.
