Novara, Tesija, Catenacci, McDonald, & Baas, PLLC was founded by Gary W. Novara in the late 1970's to help clients navigate ERISA, and is now managed by his son, Michael A. Novara. Since then, we have built a national ERISA and insurance defense firm which, in 2023, was named by Crain's Magazine as the fastest growing law firm and its 13th largest. To accommodate our growth, we recently opened a new Troy headquarters. With over 48,000 square feet of space, it is equipped with a number of amenities to provide our staff with a friendly, open and comfortable work environment. These amenities include a nursing mother's suite, cafeteria, open alternative work spaces, two game rooms and state of the art technology. While we have been fortunate to experience growth over the years, we remain committed to the small, family firm environment which makes us unique.
