NOVA Geotechnical & Inspection Services, LLC (NOVA), established in 2001, has nearly 200 employees with offices in Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, and Irvine, CA. NOVA
provides client forward-focused solutions for geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, special inspections and environmental consulting all over the Southwest.

Since NOVA’s investment goes home at night, we want to make sure the team goes home happy. That is why NOVA frequently sponsors happy hours, food trucks and has a massive Christmas party where nearly everyone goes home with a fabulous present.
All-staff meetings can be fun…and profitable. NOVA has a mailbox in the office where teammates are encouraged to fill out a short form entitled “caught you doing something kind.” At the quarterly family meeting, each slip James pulls and reads, the team member gets to chose from a host of fabulous prizes including food and beverage gift certificates, coolers, adult beverages and a host of other fun stuff.
Das Boot. When our inspectors go above and beyond the call of duty and accept last-minute requests for service from our clients, our Dispatch team places their name in a big shoe shaped glass called Das Boot. Whoever’s names are chosen gets to select from similar fabulous prizes!
Spontaneous gastronomy. The team often gets together with each other for lunch. These frequent spontaneous occurrences are a great way for our teammates from all over the world in locals such as Ethiopia, Mexico, Philippines, Iran, El Salvador, Ireland, Eritrea, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Romania, India, Great Britain, Cuba, and Japan to feel welcome and break bread during the workday.
