I am doing a job that I absoutely love, with people that I really enjoy working with. I feel we are appreciated for the job that we do. My team lead, AVP, and VP are very transparent sharing information and offering help and advise. I don't feel micromanaged. I feel like they company encourages a healthy balance between work and home.

I am given opportunities to learn and do what I love on daily basis. Everyone in the management team care to listen to all of our concerns; our voice is heard at this Credit Union. The culture at Northwest is caring about their employees and for that it helps us to connect more with Northwest and looking forward to grow with Northwest in the long term career

I get to inspire, motiviate, and help support the team to success. It's not all about strict business needs instead an enviornment where you can have fun and still get the work done at the same time. I also enjoy my job as it has pushed me outside of my confort zone.

I love my job because it gives me a safe, reliable and promising place to work where I can grow, my inputs are always heard and I feel appreciate it not only by my peers but by upper management as well.

People care about me as a person and about my professional growth. There is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals all revolving around helping the member and their experience.

It gives me the chance to work with people and I feel like we are all in this together even management.

I have the autonomy to make a decision while still get the support I need from my direct leader. I also have the ability to work with other department and share best practices

I have a great manager and Great leaders above him in my department. I feel like my co-workers are more like family. When a teamate is out in the department we are all more than willing to step up to help out. That type of behavior make you want to work harder for the next person.

I love my job because it allows me to make a difference in peoples lives.
