Northbridge Companies provides assisted living and memory care services for seniors in New England. Each community is uniquely branded, with the way of life, look, and feel being based off the area and neighborhood they are in. Associates of Northbridge provide all the care and meet any need of our senior living residents. The community is our resident's home, and all our team members keep that in mind. We have quiet moments reading or walking the courtyard, and loud, fun moments with musical entertainers or summertime BBQs. Our dining team creates meals based off resident's likes and from our local farm's offerings. Our care team provides assistance with activities of daily living, and always offers a helping hand when needed. Our programming team takes on any hobby, and sparks creativity in all. Our maintenance team does everything from helping a resident hang a painting in their apartment, to preparing for snow emergencies. Finally, our team of directors leads all associates to being the best they can be. All associates and directors keep our company motto in mind, 'Live Well, Love Life.'
