North County Health Services
North County Health Services offers medical, dental and mental health services (primary care) to more than 55,000 patients every year. We accept private health plans, managed care programs (Medi-Cal, Healthy Families) and cash payments. In addition, we accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. The cost of care is based on a sliding scale, which is computed based on family income and size. The cost of care may be discounted if you are eligible for a sliding scale.
North County Health Services is an authorized provider of several community, county and state programs (i.e. CMS, CHDP, FPACT). We also assist with Healthy Families application, and Medi-Cal eligibility.
North County Health Services maintains hospital agreements to provide inpatient care for adults, children and pregnant women at:

Scripps Memorial Hospital, Encinitas
Rady Children's Hospital
