We offer innovative financial technologies such as video tellers, express teller services, and contactless payment technology. We offer a first-in-the-industry tool called The Power of Change® that allows members to round up purchases to the nearest dollar and allocate the change towards savings, paying down a Nusenda loan, or towards helping the community. In 2023, Nusenda returned more than $8.4 million in Earn Your Return and Community Rewards dividends to members. As a credit union, our profits are returned to members through reduced fees, better savings and loan rates, and member rewards and dividends.
