New Hope of Indiana

I know that I make a difference. In the time of Covid, my coworkers have risen to the occasion and done everything possible to keep both the people we serve and our associates safe. While some companies have laid employees off or furloughed people, New Hope has made sure we have all kept our jobs and made sure that people providing direct care have gotten additional compensation. New Hope cares about the whole person.

I feel like we are all family and my role and the company have purpose.

It's meaningful to the people we serve. I feel valued and appreciated. There is good balance between work and family. Management live what they preach. New Hope values its employees. Management is very transparent in what they do and there is job security.

It gives me purpose.

It allows me the opportunity to make a positive impact on the clients that we/I serve in addition to having a meaningful effect on our/my community.

There are a million reasons and not enough space but what I can say is that New Hope is home! It makes me happy and I love my work, my team and our dedication to mission!! We do good and doing good is what matters in this industry. Our staff are committed and our leadership exemplifies a vision that makes us all proud.
