Our story is one of paradox. In 1945, Clarence State Bank received its charter and in 2018 we became Neighbors Bank. The bank in Clarence remains,
but the shift to NB led to new loan products and a new approach to work: fully remote. We made this decision not as a knee-jerk reaction to conditions,
but as a strategic choice to enhance flexibility and grow our team. And grow we did. By about 3700%. We added mortgage services, with an intentional
focus on helping those who may otherwise be turned away. And although we do things our own way, we had a pretty sweet playbook from our big sister,
