Our company was founded in 2000 as “National Construction Workforce,” with a mission to redefine the way people think about contract staffing. Our founder, Steve Wise (up there on the left), wanted contract and temporary employees -- specifically those in construction trades -- to feel like full-time members of a team, not just a small cog in a big wheel. He also wanted every client to receive service that was noticeably different than what other staffing agencies offered. Twenty-four years later, putting people first is still top priority as we measure our own success by the success of our customers. Today, we bring our flair to more than just construction. We also offer unbeatable staffing and direct hire services in manufacturing, warehousing & distribution, and engineering.
