We have a continual focus on our employees - supporting them in their highs and lows, celebrating and supporting life events as well as building confidence in reaching their career goals. What they do and how they work has a signifcant impact on their "real" lives. We launched a recognition software, Bonusly, so all employees may easily give and receive recognition and maintained a 97% participation rate through the first year. Ncontracts promotes transparency by providing monthly updates from our CEO in Town Halls that include financial performance and corporate goals. We also began sharing employee accomplishments in our Town Halls.
Beyond COVID, we continue to expand our social outreach and stay connected to each other through a host of offerings:
- Coffee Connect: Team members sign up and are randomly paired.
- Fitness Challenge(s): In Fall 2022, 48 team members completed 39,107 minutes of activity.
- Ncontracts Virtual Trivia Hour
- In-person and virtual mixers: On-site and/or nearby restaurant events and virtual mixers that may involve Halloween costume contests, Ncontracts bingo, and enjoying food and drink, together.
- Virtual contests: Football Pick'em, March Madness brackets, Photo contests, Intranet scavenger hunts
- Our leaders visited California, Philadelphia, North Carolina, and Indiana to enjoy charity events, meals, and social events together
- Gave back to charities including TN Special Olympics, NC Roof Above, IN Food Finders, & Bridges Domestic Violence.
