We provide services to most of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, servicers and investors and our documents are recorded in over 3600 county jurisdictions nationwide. Additional Culture Details
NTC offers several chances to win games for production and the prizes include luncheons with the executives and NTC swag. We host an annual wellness fair where we raffle off prizes for our teams to go kayaking, snorkeling, zip lining and on catamaran cruise. Aside from our two annual events a year, we host a movie day, where we rent out a theater and watch a major Blockbuster film. We have a fooseball table in our break room, corn toss boards out during breaks, a sponsored kickball team, monthly snacks/lunches, Halloween party and contest and several festivities during the holidays. NTC is always thinking of ways to enhance our work culture, and send out bi-annual surveys to get our teams feedback on what they want to see more at NTC.
