First and foremost, we attribute this recognition to our people. There is a sense of teamwork and friendship that we often hear simply doesn’t exist in other workplaces.
In 2021 more than ever, the efforts of our Employee Engagement team were critical. We encourage employee interaction through a variety of activities throughout the year. These events, including our annual “Employee Appreciation Week,” team-building game days, Holiday parties and more, bring employees together, particularly those from departments that might not interact directly on a regular basis.
The main goal is the commitment to our clients, the development of careers and facilitating paths for future leaders. We accomplish this through SMART objectives, 6 month reviews, internal and external training, peer-to-peer engagement, skip level meetings, succession plans.
We strive to keep communication throughout all levels of management clear and concise with regular monthly staff meetings, manager/team meetings, and monthly newsletters. In addition, our suggestion box is always available for any employee who wishes to share thoughts discreetly and privately.
Finally, our team is one of the most caring that we know of. We hold many events to give back to local communities, including holiday gifts, food bank and school supply drives.
We are immensely proud of our NCP family and what we’ve accomplished!
