We have a culture team that helps ensure culture is intact and that the office environment aligns with our core values.
They’re responsible for a number of different initiatives both inside and outside the workplace, such as team-building events and recreational activities, to keep everyone motivated and coming to work with a smile. They also organize learning and growth opportunities, like financial coaching and health advice, to foster an environment where everyone is focused on being their best self.
National also participates in many other charitable events, such as a yearly Thanksgiving Basket Delivery.
For every client we fund, we donate 10 meals to Feeding America!
