In 1917, three lawyers in Waco, Texas, created the law firm that is now known as Naman Howell Smith & Lee, PLLC. We are one of the oldest firms in Texas, enjoying over a century of sustained success, and we continue to grow and expand to serve clients throughout Texas and beyond.
Today, we have more than 100 lawyers in Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Waco. With five offices and an active practice in courts throughout the State of Texas, we are uniquely situated to serve the needs of clients throughout this State. We also practice in many courts throughout the United States, have represented and advised clients in business deals from coast to coast and beyond, and have the legal and practical capabilities to serve a wide variety of clients across a large geographic footprint.
