I am challenged on a daily basis to be the best version of myself. This motivation is from peers, direct reports, my supervisor, and the ELT.

I also feel strongly that we are moving in an excellent and positive direction which helps me "buy in" even more, believe in what we're doing and therefore motivates me to be the best I can be for Handy. This in turn is great for me and my family!

Because of the opportunity to grow our business. There are plans in place 3-4 years into the future with a plan and options to get there.

I get to go to work every day, enjoy what I do and who I work with. I also am always encouraged to learn new things and share my opinions.
