Established in 1960, Moulton Niguel Water District is a public agency that provides high-quality drinking water, recycled water and wastewater treatment services to more than 170,000 customers in the South Orange County cities of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, and Dana Point. We continuously develop multi-faceted strategies for water reliability and environmental stewardship across data sharing, water efficiency, urban runoff reduction, and energy management. As a result of these integrated initiatives and interdepartmental collaboration, we provide our customers with the most cost-effective programs, the highest levels of service, and the lowest average bill in South Orange County.
