I am given every opportunity to take my career into my own hands and enjoy success. I don't need to wait for my boss to tell me what to do, I just go do it and get things done. Time and time again that initiative and hard work has been rewarded with promotions and raises. I love that I can call my boss day or night and she's going to truly listen to what I have to say. She may not agree with it, which is perfectly fine, but I know that she's going to listen. Good luck finding that anywhere else.

I get to work with the best in the business and do it in a very familial, culturally strong organization that genuinely cares about it's employees and customers. I enjoy everyone that I work with and also working with our customers to solve their business problems.

I'm able to bring my full self to work everyday, I'm challenged, and rewarded for hard work.

Even though my job can be very challenging, I feel like I am not alone. I feel like I have the tools and support of my managers and team to work through the challenges, so I always look forward to coming to work every day. I know that we are all in the same boat working towards the same goals.

It is very team oriented and everyone is very happy to help and lend a hand if needed. Everyone, including management is happy to hear opinions, feedback, ideas from every member of the organization.

I love what I do each day! I truly feel that I am making a difference which is both fulfilling and rewarding.
