I am given every opportunity to take my career into my own hands and enjoy success. I don't need to wait for my boss to tell me what to do, I just go do it and get things done. Time and time again that initiative and hard work has been rewarded with promotions and raises. I love that I can call my boss day or night and she's going to truly listen to what I have to say.
