Monitronics provides full-service security alarm monitoring for more than 1 million monitored residential and business accounts in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our highly-trained staff performs 24-hour monitoring from our award winning central monitoring station in Dallas. From here, we can immediately dispatch police, fire, or medical assistance when an alarm signal is received, which gives our customers round-the-clock protection and peace of mind. Monitronics alarm monitoring services are sold through our network of nationwide, independent authorized dealers, who are trained and supported by our Dallas employees. Our customer service center also provides technical and billing support, equipment operating assistance, and maintenance service to customers.
