We believe that we cannot ask our employees to bring their best selves to work if we aren’t providing them with the tools and encouragement to do so. In the last few years, we’ve seen a significant rise in employee stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and other mental health challenges. As a result, MMI has aimed to foster a workplace culture that champions mental health by providing wellness programs and resources which help improve employees’ overall health, happiness, engagement and productivity. MMI’s CEO, Maggie Malek, is extremely passionate about this subject and works hard to destigmatize mental health issues, while normalizing and encouraging employees to seek help from HR or through the many MMI programs that promote mental wellness.
