I love the company I work for. Their message is truly inspiring, and I appreciate the message and help that we provide to others. I have been allowed to have a real career growth and my manager supports me like no other has. I really feel like I have found my "work home".

The day-to-day is different and I feel like a valued member of the team.

I work with a wonderful team, feel supported by my manager, and get to work with a variety of people within the country.

I am encouraged to be innovative and try new things, regardless of failure, to create new ideas or streamline processes. This past year I also love that the COEs have aligned and there is more collaboration between shared departments

It consists of what I love and enjoy doing every day. My job has a lot of autonomy and allows me to stay productive and learn something new almost every day without pouring over into my personal time/life. I also get to work with really great colleagues inside and outside of my department.
