- Memorable – We are committed to delivering a memorable, consistent and comfortable service experience for each of our guests.
• We make eye contact and smile within 10 feet of a guest or team member, and we greet them with an appropriate salutation within 5 feet. We always maintain positive eye contact even when we are unable to immediately assist a guest.
• We all practice professional and courteous phone etiquette, “let them hear you smile.” We answer the phone within 3 rings and we never blind transfer guest calls.
• We work to support our team – both within our department and throughout the property to ensure every guest need is fulfilled, even if a particular matter, request or incident isn’t in my department.
