Metro Catholic School is a PreK-8 Elementary School located on the Near West Side of Cleveland, Ohio. It was formed in 1988 from nine parishes in the inner city with low enrollment or no school. Our enrollment is 440 students coming from around the city. One of our outstanding qualities is our cultural diversity. Our school has Asian, African-American, White, Hispanic, African, and Middle Eastern children. They learn to work and pray together peacefully and share cultures and traditions. We offer Special Education classes, ESL classes, and The House of Champions (an after school program to help with homework, social & recreational skills.) Our after school clubs are Chess, Drama, Spanish, Mindfulness, Choir, Handbells, Garden, Honor Society, Yearbook, Robotics, Healthy Eating, Green Team, Band, Ohio Pen, Math Enrichment, Basketball, Volleyball, and Tutoring.
