Medtronic Spinal also develops medical devices that treat a variety of conditions of the aging spine including spine fractures caused by osteoporosis and cancer. The Medtronic Spinal division is the second largest division at Medtronic employing 5,700 people worldwide, with approximately 1,350 individuals in Memphis.
