We wear jeans, get paid not to come to work on our birthdays, drop everything to play Minute To Win It, and hold spirit week (yes, like high school). Yet, compassion is a driving principle at MediRevv. Any MediRevver can choose to give a “Random Acts of Kindness” gift card to another employee as a reward for going above and beyond in some way. We see acts of kindness that truly run the gamut – working closely with a team mate to resolve a challenging account, helping changing a flat tire in the parking lot, and everything in between. MediRevv provides diverse opportunities for employees to perform community service initiatives locally. Each employee receives 16 hours of paid volunteer time per year to donate their time and energy to the charity or event of their choice.
