I love the core values of the company and seeing those core values in action every day. That is not common in most companies but is evident daily at MD7. There is always something to learn. We are encouraged and not held back for applying for other positions and MD7 promotes from within. We are trusted to get our work done and not micromanaged. MD7 has an open door policy.

The people motivate me to be better everyday. Continuous improvement is a personal core value, and it is nice to see a company that promotes that in a health manner, combined with work life balance. I feel safe in this work place to be human, make mistakes, learn from them, and get better with the encouragement of my coworkers.

The team I work with and work for, are amazing. Very open, dedicated to helping others learn.

I get to work with a great leader and team that allows me to grow in my position and also allows me to tackle many areas that I have never had the exposure of.

I have a good relationship with everyone I work with including our dept director. I appreciate that he takes the time to reach out to us individually to make sure we are ok and to see if we need any help with our workload. Everyone is respectful towards each other in our team and everyone helps each other out with everything; I love that about my job.
